Our Staff Member Spotlight of the week is Sam Cohen. Mrs. Cohen was born and raised in the north suburbs of Chicago. She graduated from Roosevelt University with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. In college, she spent time working in the sports industry. In 2017 Mrs. Cohen moved to Denver where she started working at McAuliffe Manual as a MI center paraprofessional. In 2020 she became an 8th grade special education teacher. In 2023 Mrs. Cohen started working as the MI center teacher! When she is not at school she enjoys hanging out with her dog Rae, reading, baking and spending time with her family!
